Step 3: Change Your Lifestyle
Once the trauma is healed / or you’re on that journey and once you’ve started to do that. Then you can put in a new belief system. By doing self love work. Because trauma damages our self esteem and our sense of self worth, we have to replace old patterns of low self-worth.
Step 4: Get Clear on Your Goals
It becomes extremely easy to manifest once you know the dynamics of it. Once there’s acknowledgement, and better beliefs, that’s the time to set intentions for your life.
Up until now, they’ve created a life based on their shadow, with multiple masks, not stepping into their power. Now it’s time to create a new life. Stepping into your power, honoring your light and acknowledging others.
Manifesting a soulmate. Someone they connect with. Sex and money. A different car, a different house, a better relationship with the kids.
Example: “I will make 750K by Dec 2020. With ease and grace, it’s this or something better.”
Step 5: Take Action
It’s called quantum leaping for a reason. It’s like jumping out of an airplane. This can fall flat if you haven’t done the previous steps. You have to clear out the subconscious beliefs so you’re not manifesting out of alignment, and then you take aligned actions. Could mean leaving your job. Moving. Investing in a coach. Without the ‘data & research’ that’s a leap. You’re feeling it but you’re not really sure.
You’re taking a leap of faith, now because you can feel which decisions are the best decisions for you, which you didn’t have clarity on before because your subconscious was running the show and clashing with what you wanted.
